I can confirm this bug (Gentoo, KDE 4.6.4, kmail 2.1.0): 2 DIMAP accounts,
sometimes it's not possible to delete a message in one account.
Error on the command line:

kmail2(5328)/libakonadi Util::showJobError: There is no GUI delegate set for a
kjob, and it failed with error: "Unknown error. (No collection found)"

Same error, when trying Edit -> Move to trash.
Restarting kmail "solves" the problem.
