- What I was doing when the application crashed:
I just tried to launch it. As I thought KDE's graphicssystem is opengl by
default I was just curious. 
The fault may also be in AMD/ATI's proprietary driver, as KDE was concerned
about missing debug packages for fglrx_dri.so or it is a X11 problem.
- Custom settings of the application:
I used the flag --graphicssystem opengl
