Fixed.

Can not understand why was needed the possibility to disable nepomuk then? Make
it always enabled and see on people reaction.

But if it's an optional feature (and you should agree that it could be useful
not for all users), it should stay disabled to the end, if user disabled it and
akonadi should just disable the part of functional, that depend on it. Also
good manner is to notify users once what thing wouldn't work without nepomuk
and it could display warning in its settings window too.

Otherwise you should make nepomuk always enabled and allow to users only
enable/disable indexing, if akonadi can not live without it. But actually
akonadi can.

In any case, current behaviour (annoy user by spamming notifications) is
totally wrong and it is not good for KDE in general, also as the boorish
developers reaction.
