KMail2 is slow when accessing folders. When I click my inbox folder it takes
about 3..5 seconds before contents show up. This isn't cached, so every time I
click it - it takes several seconds. There are about 7000 mails in my main
folder.
It worked fast with previous KMail, at least that fast that I never actually
caught my eye. Now it's irritating.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Run KMail2. Get a folder with about 7000 messages. Click another folder, then
click the first one.

Actual Results:  
There's considerable delay before messages actually show up.

Expected Results:  
Messages show instantly.
