I erased all of the Akonadi directories, kmail2(-migration) configurations etc.

After this I could re-start the migration process but I can still reproduce
this bug. I have no sent-mails migrated at all.

Qt: 4.7.3
KDE Development Platform: 4.6.95 (4.7 RC2) "release 1"
KMail: 2.1.96
Akonadi 1.6.0
