Pushed by cgiboudeaux into branch 'master'.

Remove NoDisplay=true and the Exec line from kontactconfig.desktop
Using Nodisplay=true prevents this kcm from appearing in krunner but also hides
the default module kcm in Kontact.

Both issues are now fixed.
