When I want to chose to answer to all I can't use the small arrow on the icon
for reply since no sub menu appears.

I then have to right click in the message and chose the option under the menu
entry "Reply".

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Open Kmail and an email
Try to click on the small arrow in the icon "Reply"

Actual Results:  
The mail editor opens

Expected Results:  
A sub menu appears with the entries for "reply to all", "reply to list" etc.
