I experienced after installing KDE 4.6 that one of my addressbook resources - a
vcf file in my owncloud server - was nulled out. I imported my backup file into
the resource through kaddressbook.

When I first installed KDE 4.6 there was a lot of problems due to soprano not
being updated, and I believe those issues affects akonadi, I do not know if
that has to do with it. And I can not be 100% sure that the file on the server
was OK at the time of the update, as I did not check. But I have not had
problems in the time I have kept the file in owncloud, since owncloud 1.1
release.

When I first installed KDE 4.6, I could not get unline due to a problem with
networking, having unknown causes. I sometimes feel unsure what will happen
with remote akonadi resources when I start KDE where there is no internet
connection, I actually would like to experiment a bit with that - or can you
assure me that akonadi handles that situation well?
