After selecting headers to display, if the address book is not closed
immediately, the position and size of the headers are lost.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Kontact
2. Go to Contacts
3. Select some headers to display
4. Go to Mail
5. Close Kontact
6. Re-open Kontact


Actual Results:  
Header positions and sizes are lost, but the headers still remain checked in
the right-click menu.


Expected Results:  
Header positions and sizes should be saved.

To workaround this issue, use the following steps:

1. Open Kontact
2. Go to Contacts
3. Select some headers to display
4. Close Kontact without changing views

The next time Kontact is opened, the headers are correct.
