The Anti-Spam Wizard adds a filter looking for "X-Spam-Flag" : "yes", which
should be case insensitive.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Run the Anti-Spam Wizard.

Actual Results:  
Filter "X-Spam-Flag" : "yes" is added.

Expected Results:  
The filter should look for a case insensitive "yes" in the X-Spam-Flag header.

My mail server adds "X-Spam-Flag: YES", which means the current filter does not
match.
