sample message that prompted crash on reply

While I'm not entirely sure that the bug that I reported is actually a
duplicate of this one, I've attached a sample message that prompts a crash. 
For me, this message caused a complete crash *EVERY* time that I tried to
reply.  I do not observe the problem that this bug seems to indicate - that is,
I have no problem *viewing* the email, only 'reply'ing to it.
