I retested this bug today:

* After about 07 seconds the Kontact start up window appears
* After about 18s Kmail-mobile is fully launched and ready to be used

This is pretty quick now and the user can see the Kontact Touch start up window
nearly immediately so she knows that the application is launching.

But there is still not progress bar
