I retested this bug today and I can still reproduce it.

I confirm that this bug is due to the fact that there is no way on the N900 to
ask for the Disposition Notifications to be displayed.

(In Kmail Desktop, in the Configure Kmail dialogue - Security - Message
Disposition Notifications the send policy has to be set to 'Ask' otherwise no
pop up dialogue appear).

I've set up my Imap testing account on my desktop computer and with Kmail
Desktop the notification works fine using the same emails.
