Still reproducable,
Package: kdepim-mobile
Version: 4:4.6~.20110110.1010.giteb759d8-1maemo1.1213397
Package: libqt4-experimental-gui
Version: 4.7.0~git20101111-0maemo1

Woraround, click in the name field and then use the blue down arrow to 
slowly scroll down and then click and the next field and repeat. This way you
can reach the password dialog.
