When opening kmail shortly after closing it, I get the error “failed to get
lock” and kmail asks me to close it (works, though). 

The next day it works again, so I assume there might be a clock problem. I live
in Germany, GMT+1, currently NOT daylight saving time. 

I did not yet check it thoroughly, only noticed that when I wail long enough
after closing kmail2, I can start it again. 

Reproducible: Sometimes




OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.34-gentoo-r6
Compiler: x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-gcc
