kaddressbook seems not to have address formats for my locale (ie) or for the C
locale as a fallback, and so cannot format addresses correctly. The ie locale
should have been built (and should be the same as the UK locale, but without
the requirement of a post code).

format database incomplete (no format for locale "ie" found). Using default
address formatting.
