n900 20110106

After deletion of a demo account in kmail mobile the account is still displayed
in the folder list. I need to restart the n900 to remove it from the folder
list.

Test:
Req: An account is configured and synced.
1. Open Kmail.
2. Accounts: delete the account.
=> In the folder list the account is still displayed (in the account list it is
deleted)
