Sounds like the same issue I had, Could you look in the pimitems table and see
if you have messages for this folder that have remote id (rid or ruid or /don't
remember the name but it should be clear from the columns) that is NULL? If so
that is the same issue I had. To fix you can manually enter the remote id in
that column.
