Version:           1.13.5 (using KDE 4.4.5)

Attaching any file from a samba share to an email is not possible. Kmail says
the file does not exist.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start composing a new message
2. hit attach
3. browse the filechooser window to an smb share or type directly into the
addressbar
4. choose a file on the smb share and try to attach it
5. kmail says that the file does not exist

Actual Results:  
kmail does not attach the file to the email

Expected Results:  
Attach the file from the samba share
