Three days ago I read a few emails in by INBOX. I synced (to be sure again
today), but the seen flags are not synced up. So in my other client (Kontact
Desktop) the emails are still unread. Expectation: They should be read.

INBOX: takes sync options from account
Account: no offline mode; no intervall check

This should stay keyword komo3 at least until we have tried to reproduce
on the HTC Touch Pro2.
