I have tried doing the same again: akonadictl restart with Kontact running in
the background and it crashed again after some time. The last output on the
console before the crash were multiple lines similar to this:
akonadi_nepomuk_calendar_feeder(4775)/libkdepim Akonadi::PluginLoader::scan:
registering Desktop file
"/usr/share/kde4/apps/akonadi/plugins/serializer/akonadi_serializer_kcalcore.desktop"
for ("text/calendar", "application/x-vnd.akonadi.note",
"application/x-vnd.kde.notes") @ ("default", "KCalCore::Incidence*")

A bit above that is also something that looks similar to a stack trace,
something with strigidaemon and freeing an invalid pointer. However, I have
disabled Strigi Indexing in System Settings (but not Nepomuk as a whole) and I
also get a corresponding error message every time I login and when I start
Akonadi.

I have not yet entered the KWallet password, so not all resources are set up
completely yet after Akonadi startup.
