Summary: doesn't display that message has attachment until
message is opened
Product: kmail2
Version: unspecified
Platform: Ubuntu Packages
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: NOR
Component: message list
AssignedTo: kdepim-bugs at kde.org
ReportedBy: a.vanloon at alexandervanloon.nl
Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.5.90)
OS: Linux
KMail doesn't always seem to detect if the mesage has an attachment and doesn't
always remember that after a restart. The message needs to be opened for KMail
to notice that it has an attachment, if the message is not opened KMail doesn't
display the paper clip left of the message in the message list. Also, for the
majority of e-mails KMail forgets again that they have attachments when KMail
is closed and started again (or after a reboot, not sure), meaning the message
doesn't have the paper clip icon anymore. This is somehow not the case for all
e-mails, for a minority it does remember that they have attachments.
Reproducible: Sometimes
