KMail detects and stores the imap namespace in the server configuration.

Unfortunately kmail doesn't detect changes on the imap-namespace later on. If
sometimes the imap-server changes from the delimiter "." to "/" kmail's still
using "Inbox.Drafts" instead of "INBOX/Drafts".

That's very difficult for users to detect the problem.

IMO Kmail should detect the imap-namespace on every login. The imap-namespace
can change!
