The Category module should filter each category instead of reporting of each
and every index hit that Nepomuk comes up with.

I noticed this also with Dolphin and tags. Select a tag, and the list for each
tag has many entries for each.

 From what I see there should be some kind of sort and filter routine so the
list only shows one tag per entry.
