Some companies I work with complain when I request read receipts. With KMail,
this means I have to remember to manually turn it off every time I send them an
email. It would be nice to say "for joe at nowhere.net (or *@anywhere.net), don't
send read receipts by default" or at least make the default be configurable by
sending account...
