I wish I could provide just one link with accurate information, but I cannot
find one.
Pretty good description is made by Latvian Institute (institution established
by Latvian government to provide a wide range of information about Latvia, its
society, culture and history) here:
http://www.li.lv/index.php?Itemid=420&id=18&option=com_content&task=view
Unfortunately, they forgot about New Year's Eve (Vecgada diena) - 31st of
December.
Some additional information can be found on wiki:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Public_holidays_in_Latvia
All the holidays are ruled by law. Link to the official publication is here
(unfortunately only in Latvian):
http://www.likumi.lv/doc.php?id=72608
As far as I know, this law is not officially translated to English yet. Anyway,
I think you will be able to figure out anything you need, using all these
sources. If you have any difficulties - I can do it for you by myself or
provide any other help you need. Just let me know.
Thanks!
Reproducible: Didn't try
