this crash happened to me again after i did these steps:

1. open a large IMAP folder (>10000 messages).
2. select all messages.
3. press Delete.
4. wait a while for KMail to start deleting messages.
5. realizing that the messages were being downloaded and moved to the local
Trash folder instead of being deleted, cancel the delete job via the progress
panel.
6. observing that KMail continues to download the messages that were going to
be deleted, close KMail.
7. open KMail.
