Not sure if Folder List is correct place for this bug.

Have a subfolder of the inbox called hold. I keep emails there I want to hold
for a short time. When I start Kontact with Kmail as default the hold inbox
shows a total of three messages. But the right hand window only shows one
message. Looking at ~/.kde4/share/apps/kmail/,inbox.directory/ho;d/cur there
three messages are there. The one showing is type email message, the other two
are plain text documents. The messages were dragged from Inbox to Inbox/Hold. 

Does not appear to occur on other subfolders.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Just start Kontact and look at subfolder under Inbox.

Actual Results:  
 see one of three messages.

Expected Results:  
Should see all three messages
