Reproducible here with 4.5.94.1, akonadi-server 1.5.0 on Gentoo. 

I saw this with the classic theme and any kind of aggregation. This bug is
probably a duplicate of 262387, as the description there seems a bit more
accurate: this doesn't happen all the time and not with all the mails, but with
most of them. 

See the attached screenshot for an example. The current mail clearly has an
attachment, but it is not displayed in the list. It is displayed for the next
message, which has an attachment as well.
