I can confirm this bug:

when I reply to multipart ("multipart/alternative" composed of "text/plain;
charset=ISO-8859-2" + "text/html; charset=ISO-8859-2") messages with accented
chars in them, the characters in reply are garbled (while the original message
renders okay). I'll attach a screenshot.

This does not happen when original message is not multipart, but simple
text/plain or text/html

kmail2 version: Version 2.0.89 (kdepim 4.6 beta4)
