Version:           1.13.5 (using KDE 4.4.5)

If I get an email with an attached file, e.g. a PDF, I always have to tell
kmail which application to use for opening this file. A "open with" dialogue is
popping up. There is an option "Remember application assocuation for this ...".
I select okular and activate this option an press ok button. I get the
notification in a little window saying that system configuration is updated.
But the next time I select a PDF in kmail I have to do the same again.

With word or openoffice documents I do not have this problem, only with PDF
documents. If I click in dolphin on a PDF, it is opened instantly.


Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
start kontact
open an email containing a pdf
click on the pdf

Actual Results:  
getting the "open with" dialogue

Expected Results:  
opening the PDF instantly using okular

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.37
Compiler: x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-gcc
