If some imap stuff is interrupted because of a reconnect it still hangs and
will never finish even on a reconnect.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. retrieve stuff via imap
2. disconnect internet
3. reconnect internet

Actual Results:  
The imap protocoll hangs and does not do anything useful anymore. In order to
get a working kmail back you have to do the following:
1. close kontact
2. killall kontact
3. restart kontact

If you miss step 2 imap retrieving in kmail/kontact still hangs


I encountered this bug on all kmail versions and all computers I tried so far.
This includes kmail in KDE 4.3, 4.4 and the new akonadie based 4.6 (4.5 was
never released). 

This bug is especially annoying if use a laptop + wlan:
1. start kmail
2. do sth in kmail
3. sleep you laptop (this causes the disconnect)
4. awake your laptop (this causes the reconnect)

-> kmail's imap stuff doesn't do anything useful anymore.
