Whenever I run:
$ ksendemail --body "ààá"

I get the wrong characters

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Run ksendemail with nonascii characters in the body argument

Actual Results:  
Wrong conversion

Expected Results:  
I'd expect to see the text I entered
