Summary: Kmail can't verify gpg signature from encrypted
message with two or more messages as attachments.
Product: kmail
Version: 1.13.5
Platform: Debian unstable
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: NOR
Component: encryption
AssignedTo: kdepim-bugs at kde.org
ReportedBy: gltomasz at gmail.com
Version: 1.13.5 (using KDE 4.5.3)
OS: Linux
I'm forwarding two messages as attachements in one encrypted message from
thunderbird or evolution mail clients to myself. Kmail can decrypt it but can't
verify the signature. In evolution and thunderbird I have no problem with that.
Also the same encrypted message (2 messages forwarded as attachments) sent from
Kmail is properly verified by Kmail but not by the other clients. I'm using
PGP/Mime format.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Mark two messages, forward as attachments with encryption and sign from
kmail. Then try to verify it in other clients.
2. Mark two messages, forward as attachments with encryption and sign from
thunderbird/evolution. Then try to verify it in kmail.
Actual Results:
Can't verify signature.
Expected Results:
Valid signature information.
