Summary: kMail ignores configured hostname for message id
                    generation
           Product: kmail2
           Version: 4.7
          Platform: Ubuntu Packages
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kdepim-bugs at kde.org
        ReportedBy: kdebugs at CustomCDROM.de

Version: 4.7 (using Devel)
OS: Linux

The generated message ID uses only my local hostname without any domain part,
although I configured a FQDN in the message send settings dialog.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Manually configure a FQDN in the SMTP server settings dialog.

Actual Results:
A message ID containing only the local hostname is generated.

Expected Results:
A message ID containing the configured FQDN should be generated.
