akregator (4.7.3) on KDE Platform 4.7.3 (4.7.3) using Qt 4.7.4

- What I was doing when the application crashed:
I had noticed two unused tabs in Akregator each time I attempt to close them
the programme crashes and when I open it up again the two tabs are still there.
