When starting Kmail the folder structure always is shown closed and I have to
unfold it manually. This is a regression compared to Kmail1.
I am running KDE4.8 RC1

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Close Kmail-Start it again

Actual Results:  
Kmail shows only the main folder of each account

Expected Results:  
The folder structure should either be shown unfolded or it should be remembered
from last time running Kmail.

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 3.2.0-7-generic
Compiler: gcc
