It would be nice to have a quick reply, forward form at the bottom of the
message a la gmail.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
read a message

Actual Results:  
hit reply button and a new window spawns to reply

Expected Results:  
a blank at the bottom of the email allows one to enter a quick reply or forward
with message
