1. In the folder list, the folders namend do not have translation.
2. Yes, but I did not have Kmail2 running on that system. I switched from
Kubuntu Natty with KDE 4.7.2 (but with old Kmail1) directly to Oneric with
Kmail 4.7.2
3. No.
