I renamend an IMAP account in the settings. It seems like Kmail has accepted
this renaming internaly (the new name is used when it shows that it is checking
the account). But the new name is not shown in the folder list, even after
restart of kmail and also not after rebooting the system.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Rename account in the settings dialogue of Kmail.

Actual Results:  
The new name is not shown in the folder list

Expected Results:  
The new name should be shown in the folder list.

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 3.2.0-5-generic
Compiler: gcc
