I have cached IMAP. When I want to select a trash folder on that account, there
is only a window showing "select a collection", but nothing is shown in the
window, so I can not select anything.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Kmail-Settings-Accounts-Select the IMAP-account, then change, then extented,
then select the trash folder -> the above described window appears.
The account was from a freshly from Kmail1 to Kmail2 version 4.7.4 converted
installation.


Expected Results:  
There should be the possiblity to select a trash folder.

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 3.2.0-5-generic
Compiler: gcc
