Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
application already opened ; someone on the phone says that it will send
something to me.

Actual Results:  
when collecting the mail no warning

Expected Results:  
warning expected

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 3.0.0-14-generic
Compiler: gcc
