KDE 4.8 will have 53 supported locales, do you really want to add several lines
for each one ?

The wikipedia page
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_email_subject_abbreviations#Abbreviations_in_other_languages)
only lists 11 different locales and afaics, it's very minimalist
