kdebugdialog didn't have a entry akonadi_imap_resource_0 (or any imap
resource), but the console utput on restart did have the following:

akonadi_imap_resource_0(32145) RetrieveCollectionsTask::onMailBoxesReceived:
Got phantom mailbox:  "Inbox"
