Using master. I noticed this issue while trying to reproduce #209541.
(tested with two public calendars found on a popular search engine)

- Add an ics resource pointing to eg: 
https://www.google.com/calendar/ical/fr.christian%23holiday@group.v.calendar.google.com/public/basic.ics
or
https://www.google.com/calendar/ical/international.events.uaa%40gmail.com/public/basic.ics
(both have events and are valid ics files)

Expected: events appear in korg or akonadiconsole
result: nothing happens
