I get the same problem basically every single time my laptop goes out from
sleep. I have to launch akonadi console. The “Mais Dispatcher Agent” indicates
“Ready to dispatch messages”. In reality it means that when i send an email it
will not actually dispatch anything. I have to right-click on it and select
“Toggle Online/Offline” and then everything works fine until the next time the
laptop goes out of sleep. I think akonadi has a lot of trouble with being
online/offline as i have to do the same thing to IMAP accounts when the laptop
has slepts for long enough.
