Once the internet is gone or any other problem exists akonadi will pop up with
such a message. Every time it checks for mail... so for 5 accounts and a 5min
interval, that were 60 per hour just for mails!
After my vacation I had some thousands open, making X pretty much frozen. The
mouse reacted like a minute after the movement... I then restarted X.

So, one message is enough, new messages only, when the first one is closed (but
dont queue them, so I have to click through every...)
Or "edit" the error messsage to display "This message repeated x times." but
disable this flooding, please!

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
Use akonadi and make a resource unavailable for some time.

Actual Results:  
Desktop is flooded with messages.

Expected Results:  
One dialog tells me something is wrong (since when? how often did it occure?)
