the tooltips are defined in a cmake file and the kcfg is generated building
kdepimlibs. 
message extraction from cmake file is not possible.

Steps to Reproduce:
KAddressbook -> Settings dialog -> first page tooltips not translated

Actual Results:  
untranslated tooltips

Expected Results:  
translated tooltips
