Version:           4.7 (using KDE 4.7.0)

After migration the user sees :
- when responding to an email => a blank window ( even if the receiptients are
correct)
- the user expects to see the quoted email being responded to.

The work-around :
 "Settings" -> "Configure KMail" -> Composer -> Standard templates and fill in
what should be the standard things there.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
hit the respond to an email button

Actual Results:  
empty email body

Expected Results:  
quoted email
