Version:           4.7 (using KDE 4.7.0)

When adding an account using the Account Wizard, there is no option to choose
another port. Only the default ports are used.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Start the account wizard, and go through the steps. There will be no option to
select a port.

Actual Results:  
The wizard will fail, resulting in a half-configured DIMAP resource + Kolab
resource.

Expected Results:  
An option should be added to fill in the port, instead of automatically using
143/993.
Also, the wizard should not produce any akonadi resources when failing.

This bug is not serious if it would be possible to configure a Kolab resource
by hand. In my case, the Kolab resource produced by the wizard has the wrong
IMAP resource folders selected.
